Should you need to reschedule, the remaining balance can be transferred with at least 48 hours notice.
Changes within 48 hours will result in the full fee being retained.

While I always use the correct PPE and take great care during every colour appointment, I kindly ask clients to be mindful of what they wear. In the unlikely event that colour drips or spills, I cannot be held liable for any damage to clothing. For your peace of mind, wearing older or less-precious clothing to colour appointments is recommended.
